QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably bulk hiring in Sales & Corporate roles.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role will involve end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

Talent Sourcing & Recruiting:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and team requirements.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to find top talent across various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.).

Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and suitability.

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Job Postings & Advertisements:

Write clear and engaging job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.

Post open positions on various job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing:

Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Onboarding & Coordination:

Manage the job offer process, including negotiations, offer letters, and employment contracts.

Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.

Data Management & Reporting:

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate sources.

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports for management.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

Represent the company values and culture during the recruitment process to create a positive candidate experience.

Assist with employer branding initiatives, including participation in job fairs, company career pages, and social media.
